Section 9 Masterplan

Our firm has provided on-call comprehensive planning services for this 320 acre mixed-use hub in north Bismarck for nearly a decade. Masterplans are living compositions, intended to evolve over time. Changing market demands and local policy changes require commercial developers to remain nimble in their product offerings and marketing strategies. Its been our pleasure to assist in the evolution of this vast tract of land in the heart of North Dakota.
