University of Mary Campus Masterplan

UNIVERSITY OF MARY – CAMPUS MASTERPLAN

Working collaboratively with Confluence Landscape Architects, we developed a comprehensive campus masterplan that will guide improvements on campus for the next 30 years. The planning process included design charettes, on-line surveys, and several presentations where feedback was sought. The plan itself proposes intense improvements to the pedestrian circulation system, prioritizing student well-being and improving the overall campus “feel”. Several focal points on campus were identified for more intense improvements. These focal points included student study areas, sports-viewing venues, art exhibits, and religious stops.
